Case Manager

Full Time $22-$25 / hour

Homeworthy is looking for a compassionate team player who wants to join us in our mission to end the cycle of poverty and homelessness in Mid-coast Maine. We are currently interviewing for a position on our case management team. As a Case Manager, you will support and advocate for individuals and families who are facing homelessness by collaborating with a large network of community support providers.

Case Managers support clients by advocating for them in the community, helping them to identify needs and goals and connecting them with appropriate community and Homeworthy resources. Case Managers at Homeworthy are part of helping to achieve the agency’s mission on a daily basis. They help to identify and build on strengths, always treat clients with dignity and respect, and ultimately become trusted partners who help clients to reach sustainable independence.

The ideal Case Manager candidate will have social services experience with relevant training in the human service/mental health field. BA in social work or related field required. Knowledge of community resources and services for children and adolescents, a plus.

This position will pay $22-$25/hr, based on experience.
