Waldo Community Action Partners (WCAP) is a private, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has served Waldo County since 1965. We deliver family and community-focused services including early childhood education, social service and transportation programs to meet the needs of those living in poverty in mid-coast Maine. Our mission is “building strong families and communities by empowering people to achieve economic independence and self-reliance.”
