Launched in April 1871, the Lewis R. French is a National Historic Landmark and the oldest commercial sailing vessel in the U.S. She has been comfortably refitted with both single and double cabins, modern navigation equipment, and a full galley where our professional crew prepares delicious homemade meals, desserts and hors d'oeuvres all day long. Each windjammer cruise also includes an all-you-can-eat lobster bake!
