Vacation enclave on the shores of Rockport Harbor consisting of two homes bordered by a private sand beach and located down a road that ends at the water’s edge. One home is a beach house with history back to the 1940’s and the other home, higher on the hill, was designed by the famed American architect, Hugh Newell Jacobsen and built in 2008. Perennial gardens, as well as vegetable and herb gardens are shared by the guests. Two garage bays are offered as well. The owners are a moment away to assist you during your stay. Our lobster fleet is active and hauls traps throughout Penobscot Bay.
